Membership Terms
- Included hours are individual player-hours. A 2-hour Open Play or private court session uses 2 included hours for the participating member only, not the whole court.
- Guest passes cover one guest's player share for up to 2 hours, don't roll over, and are limited to one complimentary guest per reservation.
- Membership is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Benefits stay active and billable through the notice period.
- Less than 12 hours' cancellation notice deducts included hours as though the session was attended. No-shows carry a $10 fee, and repeated no-shows may affect advance-booking privileges.
- All bookings are subject to availability and club operating rules. Membership does not guarantee a specific court, time, or recurring reservation.
- Unused hours expire at month-end and do not roll over.
