Welcome to Gretzky Pickleball Club’s website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.
1. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits correspond to the descriptions published by Gretzky Pickleball Club, including but not limited to: advance booking privileges, discounted court rentals, exclusive pricing for programming, guest passes, discounts on lessons, pro-shop credits, and other benefits as listed in the official Membership Details document.
2. Term & Renewal
Memberships are month-to-month.
Billing occurs automatically each month on the date of initial enrollment. Membership continues until cancelled by either the Member or the Club in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy (30-Day Notice Required)
Members may cancel at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days advance written notice to admin@gretzkypickleballclub.com
The Member is responsible for all membership fees that fall within the 30-day notice period.
No partial-month refunds or prorated refunds will be issued.
4. Payment Authorization
The Member authorizes Gretzky Pickleball Club to charge the monthly membership fee (plus HST) to the payment method provided during enrollment.
Declined or failed payments may result in account suspension until resolved.
5. Member Rules & Responsibilities
Members agree to:
- Follow all Gretzky Pickleball Club rules, policies, signage, and staff instructions.
- Use the facility safely and respectfully.
- Maintain proper court etiquette and sportsmanship.
- Not transfer or share memberships with others.
- Use the facility only during operating hours and, where applicable, during eligible time windows (Silver Paddles members).
Violation of facility rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
6. Facility Usage & Limitations
Silver Paddles Membership is valid Monday–Friday 9:00am–3:00pm only.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Certain programs, leagues, clinics, events or rentals may require additional payment.
Benefits (e.g., court rental discount, guest pass, pro-shop credits) are for the Member only and have no cash value.
7. Health & Safety
Members acknowledge that pickleball, golf simulators, and related activities carry inherent physical risks.
Members agree that they are physically able to participate and assume all associated risks.
The Club is not liable for injuries, loss of personal property, or accidents unless caused by gross negligence.
8. Liability Waiver
By signing this Agreement, the Member:
- Assumes all risks associated with participation at the facility.
- Releases and holds harmless Gretzky Pickleball Club, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from any liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from use of the facility.
- Agrees to indemnify the Club against damages arising from their actions or misuse of equipment.
9. Amendments to Membership Terms
The Club reserves the right to update or modify membership terms, pricing, or policies. Members will be notified of material changes with reasonable notice.
10. Electronic Agreement
This Agreement may be executed electronically.
Electronic initials and signatures are legally binding.
11. Member Signature
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.
