Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

Cancel 6+ Hours Out — No Penalty

Cancellations made at least 6 hours before your scheduled start time will not be charged, and the full booking amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late Cancellations

Within 6 Hours of Start Time

If you cancel within 6 hours of your booking, the full original booking cost will be charged. We're not able to make exceptions to this window, but please see the Exceptional Circumstances section below if something unexpected came up.

No-Shows

Didn't Make It? Here's What Happens.

If you don't arrive for your booking and haven't canceled in advance, the full booking cost will be charged. Courts are a shared resource — canceling early, even last-minute, helps other players get on the court.

Refunds

How Refunds Work

When eligible, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Rescheduling

Need a Different Time?

We don't offer direct transfers between bookings. To reschedule, cancel your existing booking per the terms above, then rebook subject to availability and current pricing. If your original booking qualifies for a refund, it will be processed normally.

Life Happens. Talk to Us.

Severe weather, medical emergencies, or facility closures — we get it. If something extraordinary comes up, contact us as soon as possible. We review each situation individually and always try to find a fair resolution.

Gretzky Pickleball Club may modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Changes apply to all bookings, including existing ones, at the time of modification. We recommend checking this page before booking if you have any questions.
